Lead High-Impact Mission Critical Projects

TrendHR is partnering with a Top ENR General Contractor to hire a Project Manager focused on mission critical/data center construction projects.

This is a high-visibility role leading complex builds where precision, coordination, and execution are critical.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute project business plans
• Serve as primary contact for owners, architects, and engineers
• Lead subcontractor coordination and project execution
• Manage project startup, permitting, and mobilization
• Oversee contracts, change orders, and cost tracking
• Drive scheduling, logistics, and phasing plans
• Ensure quality control and compliance across all phases
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
• Lead OAC meetings and provide project status updates
• Oversee project closeout, documentation, and final reporting
• Mentor Assistant PMs and junior team members

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field
• 7 - 10+ years of construction experience
• Experience managing full project lifecycle
• Background in mission critical/data center projects preferred
• Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, and contracts
• Experience with construction software (Prolog, etc.)
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel as needed
